SistemKBTM
A knowledgebase (SistemKB) is a reference database of microRNA profiles of gold standard compounds where the key microRNAs (kmiRs) have been selected in accordance with our in house econometric algorithms.
The identification of this small subset of kmiRs allows comparisons of compounds in therapeutic areas against the gold standards and also identification of adverse effects for example. The added benefit of the identification of the microRNAs is Sistemic's ability to interrogate them for their biological relevance and inform on cellular pathways and networks involved in the response i.e. defining MoA and On / Off target effects.
SistemKB is applicable to previously intractable targets and can be used to select for compounds which modulate multiple targets in disease pathways.
